SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
Collective 32 Sdn. Bhd. aims to ensure that all orders will be delivered within the timeline agreed upon purchase. However, all orders are not guaranteed to be delivered within the stipulated time frame.
Orders with different quantities will be received by customers at different times.
The standard timeline for delivery within Peninsula Malaysia is 3 business days upon confirmation of order (please allow an additional 2 days for delivery to Sabah and Sarawak); for Singapore, Indonesia and Brunei, the timeline is up to 7 business days upon confirmation of order. International shipping to other countries will depend on the timeline provided by the courier.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

*CLERANCE SALE notification: All Sale Items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except for the circumstance that there is a defect with your purchase. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Items can be returned if they have not been worn, altered or washed.
All items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
We are unable to accept returns with scratched and/or dirty clothing.
Only returns via courier service are accepted. Refund will be made by means of store credit in the form of voucher (valid for 180 days from the day of return).
Store credit can be used to make future purchases through our website. In the event that we send you a wrong item or the item is defective, we will send you a replacement item.
For any reason should you wish to return your item(s), you have 7 days upon receiving the item(s) to return your order. Please email us at email@example.com to initiate the return.
Please ensure that the item(s) have not been worn and are still in their original condition. The item(s) should be returned to the following address within 7 days upon receiving the item(s):

The returned item(s) will be aimed to be processed within 5 business days after it was inspection by Quality Control.
The goods will be your responsibility until it is sent to our office and you agree to assume all costs associated with returning your purchased item(s). Item(s) must be ensured well packaged to prevent any necessary damage. We strongly recommend that you use a reliable courier service with parcel tracking services.
